I didn't get the parcel
There's not all the things I ordered in the parcel
The parcel has arrived damaged

All these problems have the same solution. Contact us via chat box. Just click the icon shown in the bottom right corner. Chat is hosted by Messenger, but no login or account creation required. This allows us to quickly reply to messages.
Electronic products are available to download from the customer's panel after logging in, unregistered users receive access in a unique link sent by us to the e-mail. If you do not have access to the product after 2 working days from payment - please complain.
Parcels - the waiting period can last even 2 weeks. If something is not in the package it means that there was no product in stock and it will be sent in the next parcel when the item is available.
Things that create misunderstandings and delay the efficient processing of the complaint:
buying being not logged in - we are not able to verify who is writing if you are not logged in
specifying a different e-mail address than the one used during registration
not adding an order number
Packages sent have e-mails generated with a link to track them. Monitor your parcel. If the customer does not speak for months, we assume that the package sent by us has been received. If it is missing - please complain immediately, because we don't know about it until you write us about it. The same applies to incomplete and damaged parcels. Any doubts should be dealt with at the place of purchase, not through the forum.
We have been improving the quality of service over the years (and we will continue to do so), recently we have added precise deadlines for when the unavailable product will appear again. This is all for you, so that our common hobby brings only satisfaction.
